Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the program-wide QA efforts for the NASK T45 Contract at Kingsville, TX. You will oversee the Quality Management System, audits, and corrective actions to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with AS9110 C standards.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional QA teams, conducting root cause analyses, and coordinating training and data reviews with the PMO and government partners. A DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of aircraft maintenance experience with supervisory exposure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of QA procedures, aircraft components, and equipment.
• Strong ability to interpret technical manuals, directives, and safety procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• DoD security clearance eligibility and maintenance.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System for the NASK T45 Program.
• Lead Corrective Action Boards and root cause analysis for nonconformances.
• Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate training and data reviews with PMO and government partners.
• Monitor audits, surveillance, and trend analyses to drive improvements.
• Investigate customer quality complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
