Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking aQuality Assurance Supervisor to lead a comprehensive QA program for the T45 Naval program at Kingsville. The role requires ensuring safe, reliable production of aircraft components and managing audits, compliance, and risk mitigation across the site.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of aircraft maintenance experience with at least three years in supervision, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of QA procedures, aircraft components and support equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a comprehensive Quality Program meeting customer, regulatory, and contractual standards.
• Oversee safety, internal audits, and compliance activities.
• Serve as liaison with QA Manager, government representatives, and on-site personnel.
• Convene and lead Corrective Action Boards.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor trend analysis programs and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9110 C standards and safety rules.
