Job summary

Erickson Air-Crane is seeking qualified Aircraft Mechanics to perform maintenance and manufacturing tasks on aircraft and components in compliance with FAA, OEM and company SOPs.

Roles include various levels (I-III) with progression based on proficiency; extensive field travel may be required and a license (Airframe/Powerplant) is preferred for senior levels. Strong emphasis on safety and teamwork in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; valid Driver’s license.
• Airframe and/or Powerplant license preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply manuals, drawings and regulations.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week including overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical/avionic parts and components to aircraft at base and in the field.
• Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, fabrication, maintenance and assembly of aircraft and components.
• Read, interpret and comply with manuals, drawings and regulatory requirements.
• Travel as required to meet company and customer requirements.
• Mentor, train and coach new employees when qualified as a mentor or trainer.
• Perform inspector duties in task-qualified areas.
