This role bridges engineering and production floor, reviewing designs for manufacturability, developing assembly sequences, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and touch-labor teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aircraft subsystems or structural assembly and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft hardware integration and final assembly activities.
• Review models and drawings for manufacturability and producibility.
• Identify design issues and recommend improvements.
• Develop manufacturing operations, assembly procedures, and build sequences.
• Support prototype, first-article, and new product introduction programs.
• Provide hands-on support to production and shop-floor personnel.
• Collaborate within an Integrated Product Team environment.
• Make independent technical decisions affecting production and integration.
