Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks an engineer to coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area. You will plan and formulate engineering programs, review product designs for compliance with standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications, and approve design changes and releases.

This role requires hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing or production, and familiarity with SAP,

Qualifications

Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
Experience with ERP/Manufacturing software and tools.
MS Office Suite experience.
Experience with fabrication, structures, mechanical assembly, electrical &/or systems integration.
Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation in last 5 years and ability to obtain program access.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
Plan and formulate engineering programs; review designs for compliance with standards and contracts.
Approve design changes and releases; coordinate scheduling and problem resolution.
