Davinci Jets, LLC. is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance supervisor to safely manage scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance for our fleet in Charlotte, NC.

The role requires strong communication with flight crews, maintenance control, and operations to maximize aircraft availability and revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate holds an A&P certificate, has 5+ years in corporate or regional aircraft maintenance, and appreciates Gulfstream G600 work.

Qualifications

• Must have A&P certificate.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance supervisor, crew chief, avionics lead or equivalent.
• Part 135 experience highly desired.
• At least 5 years corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance experience. Gulfstream G600 experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Safely manage daily maintenance requirements of the assigned aircraft in a timely manner per company policy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Dispatch/Scheduling, Charter Sales, outside providers, FBOs and flight crews on maintenance events.
• Convey high level of technical support to flight crews and outside maintenance providers.
• Apply and manage Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
• Build, schedule, and release maintenance work orders.
• Ensure accurate/timely information is conveyed with computerized maintenance programs.
• Keep operations and sales informed for AOG/delayed aircraft.
• Oversee and manage during maintenance events.
• Designated by the Director of Maintenance for Airworthiness Releases.
• Monitor and complete maintenance requirements within governing time limits.
• Work harmoniously with leadership, pilots, OEMs, and teammates.
• Provide shift turnovers and detailed reports to track open issues.
