Job summary

Davinci Jets in Charlotte, NC is seeking an A&P-certified Maintenance Controller to manage scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance for our fleet. You will build, schedule, and release work orders while coordinating fleet maintenance and RTS releases with internal and external customers.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and weekend work may be required; remote/hybrid work options are considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance.
• A&P certificate.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Traxxall, CMP, Corridor or similar maintenance apps.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance vendors.
• Manage fleet MEL (Minimum Equipment Lists).
• Build, schedule, and release maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate fleet cleaning requests.
• Ensure timely updates to maintenance tracking programs.
• Oversee fleet during maintenance events and RTS releases.
• Monitor fleet maintenance within governing time limits.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
