Job summary

GoJet Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the IAD location. You will lead a team to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient aircraft maintenance, coordinating with management and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have an A&P certificate, 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with willingness to relocate to the Dulles, VA area.

Qualifications

• Hold a mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Five years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Two years in a supervisory role preferred; willing to relocate to the Dulles, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and calibration standards.
• Coordinate with management and customers professionally.
• Maintain records and reports for shifts.
