Job summary

National Business Aviation Association in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance for the assigned aircraft and coordinate with Maintenance Control, Dispatch, Charter Sales, and external providers to ensure timely, safe outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an A&P certificate with 5+ years of corporate or regional airline maintenance experience, including Gulfstream G600 familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have A&P certificate.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance supervisor, crew chief, avionics lead or equivalent.
• Part 135 experience highly desired.
• At least 5 years corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance experience. Gulfstream G600 experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Schedule maintenance events as required for operational needs.
• Release Aircraft after completion of maintenance.
• Remove aircraft from service as required.
• Convey high level of technical support to flight crews and outside maintenance providers.
• Apply and manage MEL.
• Build, schedule, and release maintenance work orders.
• Schedule cleaning requests.
• Ensure information is conveyed with maintenance and operations teams, including AOG/delays.
• Provide oversight during maintenance events and issue turnovers with detailed reports.
• Report to maintain airworthiness releases as required by leadership.
• Monitor maintenance requirements to strictly follow governing time limits.

Skills

5+ years aircraft maintenance supervis

Part 135 experience desired

Education

A&P certificate

Gulfstream G600 experience desirable
