Job summary

Republic Airways seeks a Lift Maintenance PL to oversee all aircraft maintenance and modifications in line with regulatory requirements. You will ensure compliance with FAA/OSHA standards, manage schedules, and supervise staff.

The role requires FAA A&P license, strong knowledge of FAA regulations, and the ability to train personnel and manage vendors. Travel may be involved, and a high level of English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Inspector Authorization IA (desirable).
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and standards for Part 43, 65, 91 and 145 and associated inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and modifications comply with 14 CFR, FAA regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Develop effective schedules to meet operation demands and prioritize work.
• Oversee training and keep licenses and certifications up-to-date.
• Manage tooling, equipment, and vendors to ensure timely service.
• Coach and supervise staff and provide performance feedback.
