Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/GED with technical training preferred.
• 5+ years leading an interior shop or similar aviation environment.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in making work assignments within area of responsibility.
• Provide manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and other data to personnel.
• Support internal tooling process.
• Ensure all work records are properly executed by technicians.
• Ensure proper handling of parts and preservation of units.
• Initiate requisitions for stock and materials as required.
• Verify technicians are properly trained for their tasks.
• Comply with procedures and company policies.
• Ensure tooling and equipment are available to technicians.
• Maintain required certifications for the role.
