Regent Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Aircraft Interior LEAD Technician to repair airline seats and other interior components based on specifications. The role includes leading and training other technicians, ensuring repairs meet company and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate has an A&P License, experience in aerospace or FAA-related fields, and strong bilingual English skills. Candidates should have formal aircraft repair training and experience using various tools.

Make repairs to airline seats and subassemblies and/or to Monuments: Lavatories, Galleys, Wall and Side Panels and other interior components according to specifications and blueprints. Lead and train other technicians during repairs.
As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative. Management must contact the Human Resource department of adding to or changing a significant number of duties considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this job by the average incumbent. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.
