Job summary

United Airlines seeks an experienced aircraft maintenance professional to lead end-to-end flow, preplanning, and documentation for service on our fleet. You will liaise with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure timely aircraft movement and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong data analytics, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Houston area candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in Aviation, management or operations management.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant License is required.
• Minimum 3 years aviation experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SCEPTRE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overall aircraft check flow and induction process.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to secure resources for production targets.
• Forecast headcount to meet production targets and report progress.
• Maintain regulatory compliance of maintenance documents.
• Prepare event preplanning and post-check analyses.
