Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Technical Operations professional to lead maintenance coordination and ensure aircraft readiness across the station. You will work with flight crews, Maintenance Control, and various teams to manage discrepancies, deferred items, and delays, and maintain logs in TOC/AMIS systems.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least five years in aircraft maintenance with strong regulatory and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Must have US work authorization without sponsorship.
• FAA A&P certification is required.
• 5+ years in aircraft maintenance with strong regulatory and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate the recovery of maintenance discrepancies initiated by inbound and outbound flight crews.
• Coordinate and track the recovery of scheduled deferred items.
• Notify and communicate the status of aircraft that are out of service or on a maintenance delay to Maintenance Control and Local Operations.
• Coordinate station maintenance activities for thru flights.
• Initiate and update TOC and AMIS logs for aircraft out of service, in planned hold, or with significant maintenance activities.
• Coordinate station supplier requirements needed to support maintenance activities.
• Identify and communicate maintenance troubleshooting and repair procedures as required.
• Ensure delay reports are entered and compiled for tracking and analysis.
