Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks an Electronics Technician to apply technical electronics knowledge to solve problems using diagrams, schematics, and test equipment including power systems, sensors, data/video recording, TSPI, Ethernet, and telemetry subsystems.

You will perform operational checks, post-flight procedures, troubleshoot and repair instrumentation on-aircraft, fabricate cable harnesses, and support modifications and improvements while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or technical schooling with math, electronics, and microwave theory
• ISCET certification required
• Experience with electronic, electro-mechanical, and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Apply electronic principles to solve problems using diagrams, schematics and test equipment
• Perform operational checks, pre/post flight procedures, troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation on aircraft
• Fabricate and repair cable harnesses, build prototype electronics assemblies
• Provide feedback to assist in aircraft modifications and process improvements
• Mentor technicians and provide on-site guidance
• Support engineering staff and related duties
