Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Composite Technician III to ensure all work aligns with FAA-approved data and quality standards.

The role involves repairing and modifying airframe composite structures and requires adherence to the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual and regulatory guidance. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 7–9 years of experience, with preference for large commercial aircraft exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 7-9 years of experience.
• Large commercial aircraft experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and DOT drug testing as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review work assignments, obtain tools and parts, and complete the job safely and on schedule in accordance with FAA data and quality manuals.
• Ensure routine and customer-request work cards are properly completed and signed off.
• Verify that calibrated tooling is current and properly noted on paperwork.
• Follow environmental health and safety policies to protect personnel, environment and property.
• Perform work per FAA data and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervision.
