Job summary

Integral Consulting Inc. is seeking a senior consultant or principal-level air quality scientist or engineer to lead and grow a national air quality practice in the Toxicology, Health, and Economic Sciences area. The role includes strategic project planning, project delivery, client communications, and active business development across the U.S.

Senior staff drive revenue and leadership within the team. The position offers in-office, remote, or hybrid options based on location and needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of program/project management in air quality.
• Experience with regulatory compliance across national & state programs.
• Strong client networking and business development capabilities.
• Experience with program leadership, team management, and project delivery.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of air quality permitting and compliance projects across NSR/Title V/CEQA.
• Collaborate to grow the air quality practice and lead client meetings.
• Engage with regulators and cross-practice teams to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
• Manage budgets, quality, and delivery of air quality projects.
• Supervise and mentor staff; assist with recruiting and growth.
• Promote a collegial, safe, and collaborative workplace.
