Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Air Quality Project Director to lead our Environmental Consulting team. You will oversee the financial and technical performance of the office, drive business development, client service, and staff development, with occasional project direction.

The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from nationwide locations, with opportunities to advance in a private equity backed firm and to deliver complex regulatory projects, permit applications, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental/Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years Environmental Consulting experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate applicable laws, regulations, and organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction of the office and liaison to the Managing Director.
• Identify staffing needs and training opportunities.
• Provide weekly updates on projected office revenue and utilization.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop proposals and miscellaneous project reports.
• Prepare state and federal permit applications and related regulatory analyses.
• Grow client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
