Through your work experiences, you have found that you enjoy managing the technical aspects of your work, engaging in business development, and mentoring your team. You seek to satisfy client needs related to air quality permitting strategies, climate and sustainability solutions, and environmental justice and ESG goals. You have demonstrated expertise with emissions inventory development for both individual facilities and regional planning, dispersion modeling, emissions control strategies, ambient air quality monitoring, air compliance audits, and annual reporting support. You enjoy developing new client relationships and know how to prepare winning proposals that exceed clients’ expectations. We are currently seeking a senior consultant or principal-level scientist or engineer to support our growing air quality practice in our Toxicology, Health, and Economic Sciences business area. The position will support multiple clients on a diverse set of air quality projects throughout the U.S. Expectations include strategic project plan development, project management and delivery, direct client communications, and business development activities. The successful candidate will be adept at technical writing and presenting and/or publishing their work through science conferences and peer-reviewed journals. Integral’s senior consultants and principals are leaders in the business, with clients, and within our teams. They are recognized both internally and externally for their technical expertise and strategic knowledge in one or more areas. Senior consultants typically achieve more than $400,000 in individual allocated net revenue. Principals have an annual goal of generating more than $1.25 million in individual net revenue through a combination of independent and collaborative business development efforts. Prior consulting experience is required.
