Job summary

GCyber is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-profile Air Force communications contract across three network sites and a systems integration lab. The role requires onsite presence at Scott AFB, IL, 3-4 days per week with no full remote option.

You will manage contract requirements, supervise staff, oversee schedules and deliverables, and coordinate with Government engineers to meet performance standards. Active DoD Top Secret clearance, PMP, and DoD IA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• DoD TOP SECRET clearance and enrollment in Continuous Vetting.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• DoD 8140/8570 IA baseline certification.
• BA/BS and 10+ years of experience managing DoD IT services programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to the customer and own contract requirements across three sites.
• Supervise and oversee performance of contract and subcontract personnel.
• Manage the deliverable schedule, including monthly status reports and program reviews.
• Lead technical coordination meetings with Government engineers to validate requirements and set priorities.
• Track and report program metrics and correct issues before they impact service.
• Maintain accountability for Government-furnished equipment across sites.
