INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA in La Porte, TX is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer - Air Lead to lead air compliance at the BMC site. You will collaborate with EPA, TCEQ and other agencies, and drive regulatory program implementation within the SHE framework.

You will report to the Environmental Manager and work with Operations, Laboratory, Maintenance and Safety teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance across permits, NSR, PSD, PBR, and TV programs.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in engineering/technical discipline.
• 10+ years of plant regulatory compliance and environmental permitting experience.
• Advanced degree(s) may be considered for relevant experience.
• Multimedia environmental experience with extensive air permitting background.
• Proven performance in regulatory program implementation.
• Ability to interpret SHE regulations and apply to site operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead air regulatory compliance programs for the BMC site.
• Interact with EPA, TCEQ and other agencies on air permits and compliance.
• Develop and maintain the site's SHE management system (SMS) for air.
• Establish environmental performance indicators and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, safety and management.
