Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the destination of Capital One's AI/ML strategy with the AIML Product Strategy team.
• Identify leverage points and define strategic direction for AI initiatives.
• Create storylines and materials to rollout AIML strategy across the company.
• Collaborate with business lines and AIML teams on on-the-ground problem solving.
• Lead continuous improvement of AI platform capabilities.
