Capital One's Enterprise AIML team builds AI and ML platforms used across servicing, marketing, credit underwriting, fraud detection and more. As a Business Manager on the AIML Product Strategy team, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to shape Capital One's AI destination, working with strategists and senior leadership to identify leverage points and define the path forward.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field as described in the Basic Qualifications.
2+ years of experience in financial services.
1+ year of experience in consulting.
2+ years of experience in people management.

Responsabilités

Set the destination vision for our AI & ML platforms in collaboration with AI leaders and business partners.
Work back from customers and internal partners to identify outcomes and reusable capabilities.
Build storylines and materials to roll out our AIML strategy across the company.
Collaborate with stakeholders in lines of business and AIML teams on on-the-ground problem solving.
Shape the strategy and the continuous delivery and improvement of AI platform capabilities.
