Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise AI and Machine Learning (AIML) team seeks a Business Manager to translate strategic analysis into a clear AI roadmap. You will work with senior leadership to identify leverage points, define the AI strategy, and drive practical, on-the-ground solutions across lines of business.

This role emphasizes collaboration in an agile environment, shaping platform capabilities, and delivering reusable AI services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (as listed) or MBA with a quantitative concentration.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the required degrees by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Shape the destination of AI at Capital One by identifying key leverage points and defining the strategy.
• Work with a team of strategists and AIML senior leadership to translate insights into the AI roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across lines of business to deliver on-the-ground problem solving and continuously improve AI platform capabilities.
