Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in analytics, data science, BI, or AI-enabled analytics.
• Experience delivering data science or analytics solutions that influence decisions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with data modeling experience.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies and causal inference.
• Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI and cloud data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact analytics initiatives and translate questions into testable hypotheses.
• Design, execute, and scale experiments including A/B tests and causal inference.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions and productionize models with cross‑functional teams.
• Transform raw data into insights and compelling visualizations for leadership.
• Mentor others and raise analytic standards across the organization.
• Monitor trends, data quality, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
