Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in data management, governance, or architecture.
• 5–7+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience designing enterprise data strategies, architectures, and governance.
• Experience with regulated/compliance-driven environments preferred.
• Hands-on with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake); ERP/CRM integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data management strategy.
• Build emerging data management function with standard operating model.
• Establish data governance, quality, and master data management baselines.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives across systems and orgs.
• Translate data initiatives into roadmaps with KPIs and ownership.
• Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship programs.
