Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) is seeking a Director of Data Management to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics across a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, arts, education, and philanthropy. You will oversee data architecture, quality, security, and integrations, partnering with finance, AI, and operations to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of data management, governance, and/or data architecture experience.
• 5+ years of functional leadership within a centralized analytics function.
• 5–7+ years of leadership experience with staff supervision and development.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data strategies, architectures, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives across multiple systems and complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide data management strategy aligned to business goals and best practices.
• Build out an emerging data management function with proper mission, structure, and operating model.
• Establish foundational capabilities across data governance, quality, and master data management.
• Drive adoption of master data standards, business rules, and taxonomies for data quality and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data accessibility, usability, and governance.
• Partner with Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and business stakeholders to establish data standards and governance decisions.
