Job summary

athenahealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Trust & Transparency across clinical products. Based in Boston, MA, you will shape evaluation, governance, and transparency capabilities for safe AI experiences for clinicians and administrators.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage a multi-release roadmap, define epics and user stories, and ensure measurable outcomes through governance and observability practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years in product management.
• Experience with large language model evaluation methods.
• Experience with ML evaluation, AI model documentation, or observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for AI trust, evaluation, governance, and transparency capabilities.
• Translate clinician, administrator, client, and business needs into product requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle and act as Product Owner for scrum teams in Boston.
