Job summary

Cadmus seeks an experienced Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to advance a client engagement focused on identifying and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will lead workshops, analyze current-state processes, and translate needs into actionable blueprints for future-state workflows.

Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, and AI experts to define capabilities, assess value, and document requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
• Experience documenting processes, requirements, workflows, and operating models.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder interview skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to map current processes.
• Document workflows, requirements, and decision points; develop blueprints.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and process improvements.
• Lead discovery sessions and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI SMEs and solution architects on capabilities and flows.
