Job summary

SiriusAI is seeking an experienced Associate Director to own client accounts and drive end-to-end AI programs in Financial Services. You will lead transformation efforts from opportunity framing through production deployment, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes across GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML.

The role blends AI strategy with hands-on delivery, maintaining executive relationships while overseeing technical execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across AI/ML, data science, or enterprise digital transformation with senior, client-facing delivery experience.
• Deep hands-on command of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex AI transformation programs at large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI transformation programs from opportunity framing to deployment and value realization.
• Lead executive-level AI strategy conversations with C-suite stakeholders and facilitate readiness workshops.
• Develop business cases linking AI capabilities to measurable financial and operational outcomes across multi-year journeys.
• Be the primary accountability for program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and commercial outcomes within managed accounts.
