Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your career, if you share our passion for healthcare and connection, we invite you to explore our opportunities.

Discover your purpose. Embrace innovation. Experience #LifeatRealChem.

Real Chemistry is seeking an AI Transformation Senior Analyst to help reimagine how our business runs. You will join our transformation team, working alongside ambitious, supportive, and hard-working colleagues who always seek to do things better, faster, and smarter.

As an AI Transformation Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in mapping how work gets done today and designing how it should get done in an AI-enabled future. Starting with our General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including finance, accounting, operations, resource management, marketing, legal, and internal communications, you will document current-state processes and operating models, design future-state alternatives, and help bring them to life across several AI transformation initiatives. You will also build the business case for each opportunity and prioritize initiatives based on the value they deliver. You will look holistically across people, processes, systems, and vendors to determine what should be automated or redesigned and which solution best fits each need, from a reusable AI skill to an end-to-end Copilot Cowork workflow or a coordinated team of AI agents. This position reports to the Vice President, Strategy and Revenue Analytics.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you'll do:
  • Map current-state processes: Lead process discovery with G&A stakeholders across finance, accounting, operations, resource management, marketing, legal, internal communications, and more to document how work gets done today, including handoffs, systems, data flows, vendors, pain points, and the time and cost behind each step.
  • Design future-state operating models: Translate current-state findings into practical future-state designs that rethink roles, responsibilities, governance, and ways of working, rather than simply digitizing today's processes.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities: Assess where AI and automation can eliminate, streamline, or augment manual work, build business cases that size the impact, and shape a prioritized transformation roadmap.
  • Match the right solution to the problem: Determine the right fit for each need, whether a reusable AI skill, a Copilot Cowork workflow, a coordinated swarm of AI agents, an enhancement to an existing system, or a process change with no new technology at all, and partner with technical teams to pilot and scale solutions.
  • Get more from current automations: Inventory and assess the automations and tools already in place, identify gaps and redundancies, and recommend how to extract more value from existing investments.
  • Rethink sourcing and vendors: Analyze what we outsource versus perform in-house, assess vendor fit and cost, and determine where AI enablement means outsourced work should instead be automated or brought in-house.
  • Drive change and adoption: Partner with function leaders to plan and execute transitions, including change management, training, communications, and success measures that make new ways of working stick.
  • Advise leadership: Develop clear, executive-ready materials, including process maps, operating model blueprints, business cases, and roadmaps, and communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
What you should have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or digital consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte Digital, or similar firms, large or boutique), or in a corporate strategy, transformation, or M&A integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with transformation work, such as digital transformation, M&A integration, acquisitions, or divestitures, including process mapping, integration or separation planning, Day 1 readiness, or operating model design.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping current- and future-state processes and designing target operating models, ideally across G&A or back‑office functions.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, AI agents, workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or Workato, or RPA) and the ability to translate business needs into practical automation use cases.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings simply and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PR, communications, advertising, healthcare, or agency experience a plus.
