Qualifications

• 8+ years across software engineering, applied AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise architecture with production-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or agent systems and orchestration.
• Strong API design, backend services, cloud-native architecture, and data platform knowledge.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/software solutions and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
• Experience embedding with business domain teams and delivering multi-project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI transformation from discovery through design, planning, and adoption.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions for process improvement and automation.
• Create scalable AI/data architectures linking systems, data platforms, APIs, and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across units to translate processes into AI-enabled workflows.
• Produce capability roadmaps, blueprints, prioritization frameworks, and executive updates.
