Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead AI transformation programs for large enterprises. You will shape strategies, roadmaps, and governance while partnering with executives and delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions across the enterprise.

You will architect end-to-end AI-enabled systems, guide pilots to production, and ensure value realization with clear KPIs. Hybrid role with occasional travel in the US and a focus on responsible AI and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, software engineering, or technology consulting.
• Strong experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI governance.
• Experience linking AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define AI transformation strategies and roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, architecture, implementation and adoption.
• Design scalable, secure AI solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Establish governance, security and responsible AI practices across engagements.
• Guide clients from AI pilots to enterprise-scale deployment and adoption.
• Coach delivery teams on AI best practices and governance standards.
• Present technical and business solutions to executive and technical audiences.
• Define integration architectures connecting enterprise apps, data platforms, APIs and AI services.
• Measure outcomes and drive value realization through AI-enabled transformation.
