Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major workstream, owning delivery accountability and ensuring the quality and timeliness of team outputs.
• Coach junior team members through active feedback and deliverable reviews, building EA capability within the engagement team in support of leadership.
• Actively participate in Accenture's internal development programs, including new joiner buddying, internship mentoring, and community initiatives that reflect the firm's commitment to growing its people.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that extend beyond the workplace, cultivating the organic trust and personal rapport that drives long-term client loyalty and commercial opportunity.
• Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities, contributing to proposal development and account growth.
• Engage with strategic partner ecosystem providers to inform and strengthen client architecture recommendations.
• Drive development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights and recommendations on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics, including the intersection of AI and enterprise architecture strategy.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
