Job summary

Activision Central Tech is seeking a senior producer to drive the success of our AI initiatives and oversee the entire product development lifecycle across studios. You will align technical requirements, plan projects, and ensure resources are allocated to meet technology roadmaps.

The role requires 5+ years in production or project management in software/games, with strong experience in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Miro, and a track record of timely delivery. A technical degree is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of production or project management in games or software.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Slack and Miro.
Track record of shipping software on time and in rapid development cycles.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle from inception to deployment.
Nice to have AAA games, AI/ML, and data-protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead the full product development lifecycle from requirements to prioritizing features.
Align technical requirements across Call of Duty studios and foster team collaboration.
Develop project schedules, roadmaps, status reports, and burndown charts.
