You will be a technologist with excellent communication and a passion for data and problem solving. You will lead a team of developers, architect scalable AI/ML systems, and drive AI adoption across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/ML with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years software engineering experience focused on AI/ML.
• Proven track record leading AI projects.
• Strong Python programming and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and deploying AI at scale.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and data privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team delivering predictive and generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI/ML systems with production-grade quality.
• Oversee end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingest to deployment.
