Tata Consultancy Services in New Jersey seeks an experienced AI/Platform Engineer to lead the technical delivery of AI agent capabilities and reusable platform components. You will translate architecture into detailed designs and sprint plans while guiding developers on secure, scalable cloud-native implementations.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners and QA to drive end-to-end delivery, establish best practices and support deployment readiness.

• Coordinate with architects, product owners, UX designers, security SMEs, and QA to drive end‑to‑end delivery.
• Establish technical best practices, coding standards, review processes, and reusable accelerators.
• Support environment readiness, deployment planning, defect triage, production readiness reviews & knowledge transition.
