Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Advanced Technologies Consultant to advise clients on defensible workflows and apply machine learning and GenAI to review data. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful engagements, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex analytics clearly.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery client-facing roles, strong Relativity experience, and expertise in prompt engineering and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity.
• Proficiency with Relativity and administration of review databases.
• Experience with TAR using ML and/or GenAI in eDiscovery.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to craft prompts for LLMs and evaluate outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on predictive coding and AI-enabled review workflows.
• Consult with external stakeholders to identify analytics tools and deliverables.
• Build and manage models in Epiq AI and Relativity aiR; advise on usage.
• Develop prompts for AI tools to improve output quality and consistency.
• Explain statistical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Stay current on eDiscovery, analytics, and GenAI capabilities.
