Job summary

Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for AI Systems to own the accelerator core, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and improve observability for production-ready AI systems. You will design agents across coding, planning, and testing with tool-calling and human-in-the-loop, while ensuring quality through rigorous evaluation pipelines and telemetry.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of professional experience in AI Engineering and Software Development.
Ability to deploy a customer-facing app including DevOps, frontend and backend.
Experience building a modern, scalable production app.
AI SDLC in production experience.
Deep expertise in LLM application engineering: prompts, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores with Anthropic/OpenAI APIs.
Evaluation-driven development as a core habit; evals are the source of truth.
End-to-end agentic systems that plan, write code, validate outputs, and improve over time.
Familiar with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI; know when a thin harness beats a framework.
Fluency with at least one cloud data platform and SQL for eval/verification.
