You will collaborate closely with product to shape scalable architectures and own critical AI features from day one. We value experience with NLP, APIs like OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini, Python/Node.js, and AWS, plus a customer-focused, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI engineering experience building robust, scalable AI systems.
• Expertise in AI/NLP and integrating with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini APIs.
• Backend experience with Python or Node.js; comfortable with AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI models, evals, and pipelines powering Maestro's insights.
• Shape architecture for scalable AI systems and integrate with product.
• Improve AI-driven features to deliver actionable insights.
• Triage AI-related customer issues and provide technical guidance.
• Help recruit, hire, and mentor early AI team members.
• Develop eval frameworks for agentic coding sessions.
• Advance AI-driven reporting to empower faster decisions.
• Create AI Narratives readable by leadership.
• Build scalable systems for growing customer base and LLM workloads.
