Rad Hires, LLC is seeking mid-to-senior engineers to join remotely (LATAM) and place them with US-based startups. You will design AI harnesses, build MCP servers, and deliver features from concept to first customer iteration, with strong emphasis on architecture, safety, and observability.

You will work directly with startup clients, product, and ops teams, balancing rapid delivery with robust, maintainable systems and governance for AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and reason about complex AI-enabled systems.
• Strong judgment to decompose ambiguous problems into maintainable architectures.
• Experience building and shipping multi-agent or harnessed AI workflows.
• Knowledge of safety, observability, and cost considerations in production AI.

Responsabilités

• Design codebases so AI agents operate reliably with clear boundaries and guardrails.
• Build MCP servers, tools, and sub-agents wrapping business logic for AI clients.
• Set up retrieval, schemas, and context systems to reduce model guessing.
• Create internal tools and dashboards enabling non-engineers to configure features safely.
• Define evals and autonomy boundaries; own observability and incident response in production.
• Take features from blank page to first customer iteration across the stack.
