Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript and backend engineering capabilities with production systems experience.
• Direct experience delivering LLM-powered workflows in production environments.
• Proficient in using AI tooling in daily engineering tasks.
• Ability to operate without a detailed spec and define what to build and why.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (flexible for the right candidate).
• Requires 5–6 hours of overlap with UK time zone.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship production systems end-to-end, largely in TypeScript.
• Build and maintain LLM-based workflows powering the core product.
• Work on retrieval and related systems as needs evolve.
• Take ambiguous problems from the founder and define the build plan.
• Use AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Help establish the technical and cultural foundation for the future engineering team.
