Job summary

Noetic is building the data and context layer for enterprise AI, and we’re hiring experienced engineers to work across core systems behind the platform. As an AI Systems Engineer, you’ll design and build production systems at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, data infrastructure, and agentic applications.

You’ll own architecture and implementation, collaborating with engineering and product teams to decide what to build next and how to scale for enterprise contexts.

• Proven ability to design and operate large-scale production systems.
• Experience solving ambiguous technical problems and shipping high-quality software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
