Coworker is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build the foundation for enterprise AI across 40+ apps. You will own full-stack delivery from AI systems to conventional code, shaping early architecture and product strategy.

Located in SF or Atlanta, in-office 5 days in ATL and 4 in SF if needed; salary $180K–$200K plus equity. Must have 4–8 years of experience, AI-native development experience, Kubernetes and Google Cloud familiarity, and a CS degree.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• AI-native development experience with strong signals (e.g., Claude/Code).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML APIs, prompt engineering, local LLM deployment, high-volume inference.
• Kubernetes / unmanaged cluster experience; GoLang, TypeScript, Python proficiency.
• Mentoring or managing junior engineers; thrives in a startup environment.
• Based in SF or Atlanta and willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack from deep AI systems to traditional code.
• Guide early technical architecture decisions scalable with the company.
• Leverage AI in your workflow to maximize velocity and output.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product on vision, strategy, and roadmap.
