You will own key technical efforts, mentor junior engineers, and assist with customer engagements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of development experience with ML/LLM, strong Python, PyTorch, and a background in AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional development; 3+ years with ML/LLM capabilities.
• Strong Python proficiency with maintainable, tested code.
• Hands‑on PyTorch experience for training, fine‑tuning, evaluation.
• Solid ML fundamentals: data prep, eval, generalization; transformers concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement AI systems leveraging LLMs, autonomous workflows, tool integration, and agentic solutions.
• Develop AI‑driven automation to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Build and integrate AI agents using commercial and open‑source platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovative approaches.
• Produce technical docs, demos, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Support customer engagements and solution demonstrations.
