Coworker is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of full-stack experience to help build the foundation for enterprise AI. You will be one of the first engineers at a fast-growing seed-stage startup redefining how organizations interact with AI across 40+ enterprise apps.

This on-site role in San Francisco or Atlanta offers USD 180,000–200,000 per year, a competitive equity package, and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping from 0-to-1 in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML APIs and prompt engineering, especially local LLM deployment and high-volume inference management.
• Strong Kubernetes / unmanaged cluster experience.
• GoLang, TypeScript, and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Building and shipping full-stack AI-powered systems from deep AI components to traditional code.
• Guiding early technical architecture decisions that will scale with the company growth.
• Leveraging AI to maximize velocity and output in your workflow.
• Mentoring junior engineers and establishing the engineering culture at Coworker.
• Collaborating with the product team to craft vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise AI.
