Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or 4+ with a Master’s.
• Deep knowledge of LLM research and the training stack.
• Experience building LLM-based agent systems in production.
• Strong backend and distributed systems background.
• Proficiency in Python; Go/C++/Rust helpful.
• Experience with evaluation and measurement in ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Build the closed-loop measurement layer for agent workflows.
• Advance autoresearch from assisted to unattended for experiments.
• Design isolation and permissioning for production repos and infra.
• Develop and maintain the agent platform for safe production use.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on roadmap and priorities.
