Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; 12+ years software engineering.
• Experience building and scaling AI agents in production using Claude Code, Codex, or LangGraph.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise: pod orchestration, persistent storage, RBAC, multi-cluster.
• Strong Python with production API experience using FastAPI, Flask, or similar async frameworks.
• Distributed systems experience with Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Experience designing AI data platform components and developer-facing APIs.
• Auth/identity: OAuth 2.0, JWT, Vault.
• Led complex projects with cross-team alignment and clear design docs.

Responsibilities

• Build platform services managing full agent lifecycle from registration to teardown.
• Architect multi-tenant Kubernetes environments with isolation and policy enforcement.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD and reusable templates.
• Support multiple agent SDKs and frameworks with pluggable infrastructure.
• Build and operate Kafka pipelines and real-time streaming with Redis PubSub and SSE.
• Develop data ingestion, access interfaces, and storage for AI agent knowledge.
• Implement session management for state persistence and recovery.
• Develop auth and secrets with Vault and OAuth 2.0 tooling.
• Collaborate with security on controls and approval workflows.
