Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years in software engineering.
• Experience with Python/Java, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, enterprise AI solutions leveraging agentic systems, LLMs, and distributed architectures.
• Define enterprise-wide technical direction and reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead AI-driven modernization of legacy systems through automated code transformations and service decomposition.
• Design and implement AI-enabled SDLC practices to improve velocity and quality.
• Establish technical standards, governance, and best practices for AI systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to enable AI-assisted development and drive performance improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to influence enterprise technology decisions.
