Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios seeks a Sr Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of Studio and Production Office applications, leveraging AI to improve production workflows. You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and manage AI-enabled workflows with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product ownership within software development, strong Agile expertise, and experience in production or studio environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of product ownership experience in software development environments.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proven track record delivering technical applications in Agile settings.
• 5+ years in a Production or Studio environment.
• Experience leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate prototyping and deployment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data platforms and translating complex tech concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, define use cases, and translate into acceptance criteria and prototypes.
• Develop and execute product vision and roadmap across internal apps, PaaS, and licensed SaaS.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows and integrate LLM-powered tools and agents.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
• Define, groom, and accept user stories for engineering work.
• Maintain product docs, data flow, and UML diagrams.
